Okay! Xposed
Framework. For those of you who are unfamiliar, when someone talks about rooting
your Android device, they are essentially talking about Xposed Framework. A
rooted Android device is required, but after that Xposed Framework will allow
you to do almost anything you want. It’s like the one ring to rule them all.
Because Xposed
Framework is so powerful, we've had to turn this list up to 10. The real beauty
of Xposed Framework is that it can often give you features that you would find
in a custom ROM, but on any device you want (with a few compatibility issues
here and there). So, if you like Samsung TouchWiz, HTC Sense, or just stock
Android, but you don't want to deal with flashing a custom ROM, Xposed
Framework is the way to go. It is especially nice on devices that don't have
that much support from the custom ROM community, because all you really need is
root.
At the end of the day,
if you are an Android power user (or want to be), rooting your device and
installing Xposed Framework should be your first two steps on any device. Once
you've done that, it's all about installing various modules which enable
various tweaks and features for your device. Anyway, on to the list!

1. xSTANA
xSTANA is a module developed in order to
easily customize the navigation and status bars.
You like htc’s status bar? you like
android lollipop’s navigation bar?, but you don’t wanna flash any custom rom or
do hard work, this module will help you change the status bar and navigation
bar with just one swipe.

Another simple, but highly useful module
is the Native Clip Board .This module will give your Android device a more
useful clipboard where you can copy multiple items. The items copied can be
extremely long, and you can delete anything from your clipboard that you don't
want anymore. And, if the colors in the screenshot aren't to your liking, you
can change them.
Using it is very simple, you just have
to
long click on a clip, it will open it in
a bigger view
clicking on the large view will paste .

3. Youtube Adaway.
This is a simple Xposed module to help you get rid of YouTube ads
and branding layers, tested on my asus zenfone 4 & 5 against the youTube
update 5.7.36+, it should work on any Android device supported by Xposed
framework (Android 4.0+) on some older YouTube updates as well tested with
5.3.28.
But there is a tradeoff, you need to update this app with every
youtube update.
Because the YouTube application sources are proguarded, which
means the generated classes names (by Proguard) are changing for each release,
this should happen only if a clean proguard (producing a new classes map) is
done, that's why we need to update the classes names on YouTube AdAway each
time. Just update it when you update your youtube app else enjoy the branding
adds.

6. Obb on sd
Does your phone have very less internal
memory? You want to install big games but you don’t have enough space? Just
install this module and copy the obb file to your sd card in android/obb. This app does not provide an GUI However it does the work

8.Max Lock
maxLock is an applock software
alternative. Conventional applock softwares use polling to detect current
running process, which drains your battery and slowers your device. This is why
I have created maxLock. With the help of Xposed framework, maxLock uses an
event-driven method to detect app launch and lock it, which results in better
performance.

9.Amplify
Amplify puts you in control of how your
device uses your battery by controlling how often your device can wake up, and
how long it can stay awake. Use the recommended settings for easy battery
savings, or dig in and customize every alarm, service, and wakelock on your
device. Just install it will limit background wakelocks i.e things that eat
your battery when phone is not in use.

This module only works with the google
keyboard, you can change the colors to your liking with this module. However for
more features you need to buy it :P.
