And while browsing if you see a website with the cool template you will definitely like to use that template into your Blog/Site. well if you are lucky you will find a footer link located at the bottom page of the blog with the credits and link of the developer who made the template. And can get the template from the developers webpage.
But in many cases blogger tries its best to remove the footer link or replace the credits with his own name/blog which disappoints the original developer of the template so inorder to keep his credits he encodes his webpage name, template name etc in the template itself which can be found easily
How To Find The Template Used In Another Blog/Website
- visit the home page of Blog/site
Eg. http://www.piratedtechnology.net/ - Right click on the page and select "View Page Source" a new window will appear with the bunch of codes
- In page source window hold "ctrl+F" and in find option insert the word "template" and hit enter keep searching until you find the name of template
- If the Blog/Site is running on wordpress then you need to search for "theme" instead of template you can easily recognize the wordpress Blog/Site by having a look at the word "wp-content" in page source
Conclusion
- All you need is just a little common sense and your computer
- Please don't remove the template footer link and give the proper credits to the developer of template
